Safer Internet Day 2019

Today is Safer Internet Day and the children will be learning how they can all show respect for others when online. This year in the UK, Safer Internet Day will focus on how consent works in an online context and will ask young people to explore how they ask, give, and receive consent online. This could be in their friendships or relationships, how they take and share images and videos or how they manage their privacy and data.

The company that provide the children with access to Purple Mash, 2Simple, have put together an informative guide to help support you in enabling your child to grow into a responsible digital citizen who is able to keep themselves safe while, at the same time, getting the very best from the digital world. We have provided a link to this guide for you (click the image below).
